caratteristicha che gli conferisce l&amp;#39;alga agar agar, ma con un cucchiaino si rompe con facilità e diventa come una marmellata, non è necessario diminuire la quantità di gelatina altrimenti evaporare, mentre il sapore di birra nella gelatina è delizioso, rimane quasi inalterato, solo leggermente meno amaro a causa dello zucchero, che peraltro ne ho messo poco e non disgusta.&lt;br
